Welcome to our 1st newsletter of 2012.
This is the design plan of a family building their dream home.

                  CLIENT HOME   # 131

 

       Client loyalty is priceless. All the advertising in the world does not equal a satisfied customer. This wonderful family has purchased our designs when we worked at Living Rooms Plus, from our own company in Carlstadt, and we hope for years to come in our new design showroom in Paramus.
 
       They are almost finished building their spectacular dream home which is certainly one of the most unique in the tri-state area.

 

       Pia's design challenge was to design custom area rugs and custom window cornices to coordinate the dramatic architecture with the pre-existing furnishings, and to create designs worthy of such an extraordinary home.

 

CUSTOM RUGS

 

The living room has 2 seating areas, so both rugs needed to be color coordinated, but distinctive.

 

 

 

 

CUSTOM CORNICES

 

The window cornices start in the second living area. The circular design and the color graduation of the silk threads recalls a grand era that fits the home.
