Originally this couple found our website on the internet. They visited our showroom, and were happy with the unique contemporary selection that we carry. They had never heard of our company, and they knew nothing of our combined 45 years experience in the furniture business. Why should the believe in us, why should they trust us designing their most precious possession, their magnificent new home in Southern New Jersey?

It's a feeling we all have when we visit any new business. How they were spoken to and treated, is as important as Pia's design talent. On our initial visit to their home, they were able to understand the original ideas presented to them, in addition to the ideas they had, really had the possibility of creating a beautiful 'look'. They trusted us, to love their home as much as they did.

Family Room

A stunning custom made waterfall was added recently for the foyer.  Look closely at how Pia created the colors to coordinate with the wall colors and furniture in the foyer and the room in the background. This client has a beautiful home, and they purchased all their furniture from 'The Contemporary Couch'. The custom sculptures add so much.

This beautiful home in central New Jersey is surrounded by acres of stunning landscaping. The interior features a dramatic entrance, and a spacious family room with extraordinary windows. A shapely sectional has been selected, featuring a unique combination of leather, fabric and microsuede. The color palette is black and taupe, highlighted by accents of ruby red. The custom coffee table, also combines the color family, in a dramatic art sculpture.
A 15' custom area rug covers the sectional from end to end, with all the coordinating colors. Two swivel chairs and an unusual shaped ottoman complete the sitting area.

We needed a spectacular entrance piece to compliment the contemporary furnishings in the home.  Almost 200 pieces of hand-blown glass, in custom colors, makes a dramatic chandelier that signals to guests they are entering a unique home.

After all the beautiful furniture arrived, they were so proud and so happy (even their 'traditional' friends loved everything), they decided to do their next room with us.
