We could spend all the advertising dollars in the world, and it still would never measure up to the 2 basic principles of business.

1. Satisfy your clients, and they will always return to you to purchase more.
2. Satisfy your clients, and their positive word of mouth will bring many new clients.

Now that the main floor and bedrooms are complete, (see before and after # 11), this satisfied client, and friend, is returning with an interesting design challenge. Her dream is to have a beautiful beach house, right near the water, so she can enjoy the sights, aromas, and beauty of the water. Okay, not yet. Instead, for the time being, the client wants her basement to emulate that wonderful feeling a beach gives to all of us. That's right. We have to make this area feel like a beach resort, coconut sunscreen aroma, etc.

First, the main wall will be painted as a large mural of a beautiful ocean scene. The soft blue and sand reclining chaises will look out at the 'ocean'. Swivel chairs in a beach motif fabric, coordinating bar stool and beach umbrella awnings as custom window treatments will complete the room. Accents of custom waterfalls and custom sculptures are now being designed.

We are hoping this 'dream' beach house will be so realistic, the client will call us to complain about 'sunburn'. Pass the pina colada.

We delivered everything just before Memorial Day Weekend, so that summer can now officially begin in this townhouse by the 'sea'.
