Why do I adore this young couple? Because they have a terrific mother.  First I did Mom's house (down the block.)  Mom has great contemporary taste, purples, great shape, acrylic etc.  when the kids get the new house, Mom brings them here.

It's actually an old, beautiful house that they are putting a lot of work into.  We started with the master bedroom.  A stone and banana bark bed, armoire, dresser and nightstands.  So incredibly unusual with a big pod chair and curvy rug for the sitting room.  Can't wait to photograph this one!

The living room is lovely lavender and a gorgeous custom rug.  The living room and dining room will get custom window treatments to coordinate with the lavender ostrich on the seat of the sofa (I know, I have to go back and photograph Mom's rooms too!)
