We love doing the homes of the "next generation."  This client's mom bought all of her furniture from us over the years, when the daughter bought her first Hoboken apartment, she heads right to "The Contemporary Couch.'  Mother and daughter have different styles but we have so many styles to choose from.

First, a plan so the apartment cam be completed over a year (budgeted properly).  A comfortable sectional in soft blue and brown.  Colors were selected for the walls to accent the smokey feeling.

Next, she will do the rug.  Then a bistro table, two chairs and two bar stools.

Next year, a colored glass media buffet is on the wish list.  This is how you do a new home beautifully and within your means.  Having a master plan is a good idea.  Whether it is the first apartment or a huge home.
