This wonderful family of five came to us years ago from a long line of satisfied clients. After designing their living room and dining room (see below), they selected us to design their family room. They needed something very durable for their hundreds of friends, colorful (who doesn't love color?), and stylish. 'The Contemporary Couch' answers all three requirements.

Pia and the client select a dramatic but comfortable 2-tone leather sectional. Leather is so easy to take care of and when it surrounds you, it just makes you feel good. A custom linear entertainment center in the exact colors from the sectional, fits dramatically under the new flat screen. A contemporary wing chair, covered in a coordinated fabric highlights the setting.

In the center of the room is a custom metallic vinyl coffee table designed by Pia and the client.

We thank the client for their continued loyalty to us, and we hope to be friends for many years to come. Yes, many of our clients become friends. It's the only way we like to do business.

Living Room

"Subtle but funky."  This client is a referral from two other clients.  We love that!  It makes us feel the extra special personal attention is appreciated.  This month we did five homes from referrals of past satisfied clients!  It takes years of solid, honest business practices for referrals, but we are proud to say our previous clients recommend us knowing we will not only make their friend's homes beautiful, but treat them right.

This home needed a makeover room by room.  The client has conservative, sophisticated taste with a little funk.  They work long hours, has a large family and has little time for nonsense.

We began with the living room.  The design allows the overflow of family and friends in the dining room to comfortably, quietly talk in a low keyed, elegant way on the Sabbath.  Blacks, metallic sage and tan was the palate.  A "straight sectional" in front of the window and two swivel chairs is how we began.  When the client got the delivery and loved it, they said go ahead and design the custom rug, buffet and twelve new dining room chairs.  That is how it usually works.  you see the results and keep going.
