Remember the days when most businesses were family owned. When retailers took pride in their businesses, and always treated people with a personal touch. Before the big chains dominated the shopping experience. In the furniture business, all stores used to be family owned, before the Chinese imports, before creativity almost died, before the talent of creating a unique room design almost ended. Almost. We are what every business used to be. Family owned, relying on one satisfied consumer telling another. Building a reputation of creativity, reliability, honesty. Our designs are so unique, so creative, you will be thrilled to finally meet people that will love your home as much as you do. Personal touch. Of all the places on earth that such a unique place would be, it's here in Carlstadt. We love it! Four years ago Linda's house came out great and recommended Judy. Judy loved her new living room redone three years ago, so she recommended Lisa. Lisa (see before and after # 25) knows everyone. She recommended Lorraine. Two parents. Seven children. Grandchildren. A challenge. After raising quite a beautiful family, it was time to take our contemporary furniture designs and give these wonderful people an elegant living room. Extended sectional (everyone needs a seat) upholstered in a rich transitional print, and wrapped in a luxurious microfiber. There is a misconception that contemporary furniture is square and straight lined. Look at the shape of this sectional; The back and the arms are all rounded. The chaise on the end is beautiful. Shapely and dramatic coffee table, end table and console are finished in silver leaf. Two slipper chairs in a coordinating cover, and a 'Pia' custom area rug complete the room.
Did we do our job and satisfy everyone in the family? They were so happy, they wanted us to design their family room. See Before and After #48
