Many times potential clients find our website but aren't really sure who we are, what we do, and how the design process works. Sometimes people are afraid to make a journey to us, fearing the showroom is not as nice as the website photos.

Driving to see us from Center Moriches, Long Island, is quite a trip. Filled with doubt and trepidation, this amazingly nice couple came for a visit. First impression, like most consumers, is that the showroom is much more exciting in person than the website photos.

Second, since they had seen our work on the website, they just wanted to sit and talk for awhile. Unlike other stores, we are not here to make a sale one time and move on to the next sale. Through our 17 years of designing in Bergen County and beyond, we rely on repeat business and recommended customers.

So we talked, got to know each other, had some coffee. They thanked us and said they would call us when ready. A few weeks later, came the generous invitation to visit their home and begin the design process.

On her visit Pia found a beautiful home, needing some beautiful furniture. This exciting, personable couple wanted dramatic colors, bold shapes, and creative design. They wanted Pia.

Family Room

Let's start with the family room. One of our newest leather sectionals was selected. High stainless steel legs support a minimalist design featuring perforated leather back cushions, and individual multi-positional headrests. The design is unique, especially in the two tone melon colors.

As important as the design is, the quality is just as important. Steel frame construction for durability, thick top grain leathers for wearability, and steel mechanisms for adjustability.

A dramatic swivel chair featuring a bold seat fabric is coordinated with the throw pillows on the sectional. A custom area rug is the highlight of the room. Swirling patterns of luscious melon colors, accented by glittering metallic threads, perfectly suited the client's request for 'eye catching creativity'.

The final touch for any room are our hand made custom cornices. All of the colors of the leather sectional and the rug are captured in the graduated silk threads of the cornice. The gentle  color gradations are the true artistry of the piece.

Kitchen

In the kitchen area, a glass top dinette was chosen. The chairs and counter stools feature rounded backs, and hydraulic adjustable heights. Entering the room a visitor sees the pattern on back and is surprised to see the durable coordinated vinyl on the inside.

As you can see, every detail is thought out. We always tell our potential clients, it's not the furniture we sell that makes us unique. It's the color coordination's, the creativity of design, and the thoughtful execution of ideas. We capture your design dreams, and bring them to life.

In our business, at the end of the year, we always reminisce about the people we've met, the homes we designed, and the experiences we shared.

The reason we love our company; the reason we love designing; the reason we are so fortunate.......is because we get to meet wonderful clients like these. A really wonderful young couple, at the beginnings of their life journey.
