Hard working people, family values, hopes for the future. All of our clients share these three qualities. Of course we live in difficult economic times, but taking care of the family and having dreams continue through good times and bad.

This wonderful family has just completed building their dream home. It is a beautiful structure, complete with amazing architectural details. The parents saved for years to give their family the best, and now it is their time. With a flock of teenagers flying around, and everyone keeping all different hours, this home will serve as a base for a strong family unit. It is so beautiful empty, that our challenge was to please the taste level of the client, and try and make the home even more beautiful.

From the chocolate wood floors, to the rich creamy walls, everywhere you look makes you feel you're in a truly special home. The lady of the house loves a neutral color palette. Beiges and cream are not only a rich look, they are timeless colors. All over our website you see bold colors and designs mixed with softer colors of whites, beiges and browns. We can work within your framework to create a very special look.

We are in phase one of designing the home. As time goes by we will update the following photos as each area of the home grows to completion. The rooms still look bare, even with the furniture just being delivered, but we thought it would be interesting for you to see the design process step by step.

Family Room

For the first phase of the family room, the client wanted a style statement but still keeping the soft elegant tones of the home. A two-tone cream and taupe shapely leather sectional was chosen to add to the drama of the soaring ceilings and oversized windows. A soft contemporary cuddle chair is added to keep the theme of rounded shapes, and to add to that inviting look that every family room should have.

Living Room

We've started designing the living room using a soft blending of twilight Italian leather on the seats of a dramatic sectional, wrapped in the exact color match in microsuede. This is a new subtle way of introducing color into a room, without the usual contrast. Our brand new textured microsuede is available in 54 colors, and our special leather collection features over 150 colors. The contemporary elegance of the shapely sectional add a dressiness to this beautiful fireplace room.

Memory swivel chairs continue the seating, with a colored acrylic table as an accent. In the center of the room, our very own custom made coffee table. Look how the air brushing of lacquer colors over spectacular shapes, adds an individuality to the room. Designed by Pia and the client to be a bold fashion statement, the coordination of all the room colors greets a visitor as they walk into this grand home.

Dining Room

Contemporary elegance is extended into the dining area featuring a shapely dining table with center glass insert so you can view the dramatic base. Seating for 10 is a must in this growing family, so Pia and the client designed our classic peek-a-boo dining chairs in two-tone microsuede.

Master Bedroom

One of the great luxuries in life is a spacious master bedroom. The centerpiece of the room is a 2 sided fireplace. On one side we've placed an elegant and comfortable love seat with rounded upholstered sides adding to the coziness. In addition a stylish dinette table and chairs provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine.

In the sleeping area, Pia designed a curved dresser with mirror and light bridge providing plenty of storage. A shapely bed in coordinating colors completes the room. Our bedroom pieces are completely hand made and one of a kind pieces. We create the designs and supervise the manufacture and installation of the furniture.

Teen Bedrooms

Fitting furniture into the exact sizes of a bedroom is our specialty when it comes to teenage rooms. Any color combination, any sizes....we create what any demanding teenager needs. The creative tete-a-tete is upholstered in the exact color combination that the man of the room wanted. Let's go Devils!

From the day we opened our new Paramus location, new clients like these have found it easier to find what used to be known as 'the secret showroom'. It has been our pleasure to meet new friends like the ones featured above. A strong loving family that worked and saved many years to build this dream home.
